Use SystmConnect to contact the practice about administrative matters without needing to log in.
You can use SystmConnect for:
- Sick notes (Med3)
- Letters and forms
- Test results queries
- General administrative questions
Before you submit
You do not need to log in to use SystmConnect. If you do log in, it helps us identify you more easily and allows you to attach photos or documents.
Administrative requests can be submitted Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6:30pm.
What happens next?
Your request will be reviewed by our Care Navigation Team. We aim to provide an initial response within 2 working days by text message, telephone or email, depending on the nature of your query.
