Goldington Avenue Surgery is proud to be a Dementia Friendly Practice. We are committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for people living with dementia, their families and carers.
Our team has undertaken Dementia Friends training to help improve understanding of dementia and the challenges it can bring. We have also made changes within the practice to support patients with dementia, including improving signage, reviewing information displays and creating a more accessible and comfortable environment.
We continue to look for ways to improve the experience of patients living with dementia and ensure they receive compassionate, person-centred care.
